I am currently exploring the world of executive recruitment as a Research Intern at Arcand & Associates. This experience allows me to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges organizations face in identifying top talent while developing my knowledge of every stage of a thorough and strategic recruitment process.

My professional experience has fostered a strong interest in building meaningful relationships. Working in customer service at Kinatex taught me the importance of active listening, empathy, and providing personalized support—values that naturally align with the recruitment profession.
