Description
Our client, a recognized accounting firm in Quebec, is looking for a business valuation analyst to complete its team. The position could be based in Montreal or the suburbs and the firm has a flexible telecommuting policy.
The incumbent will work closely with the partner in charge of the business valuation department, as well as various partners and members of the firm.
Responsibilities:
• Compile financial statements;
• Write evaluation and expert reports;
• Analyze financial data and present information;
• Perform calculations, analyzes of market comparables and
modeling according to valuation methods;
• Plan, organize and execute the assigned activities;
• Participate in the preparation of service offers and presentations;
• Apply the firm's administrative and ethical rules;
• Perform all other related tasks;
• Act as an Expert-Advisor and resource person in evaluation for
associates and answer the various questions relating to the data
and evaluation parameters of their clients;
• Prepare PowerPoint and various presentations in an agile way
analyzes and summaries;
• Participate in any project where his expertise is required.

Requirements
Profile :
• University degree in business administration, accounting profile or
finance;
• CPA or CFA and EEE title, obtained or in the process of obtaining;
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in carrying out litigation support mandates (valuations carried out in the context of litigation between shareholders or family situations)
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
