To support their growth in the field of real estate and construction, we are currently looking for a lawyer with between 2 and 7 years of experience in construction litigation to support the team based in Montreal. Profile sought in our future teammates: • Very good knowledge of the legal issues specific to the sector of real estate and construction and more particularly construction claims and disputes, denunciations, mortgages legal documents, bonds, standard construction contracts and others as well as the guarantee plan for new residential buildings • Would be an asset: knowledge of the regulations of the construction, including that administered by the Commission de la Construction du Québec (CCQ), the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), the Quebec Tenders Office (BSDQ) and the Standards, Equity, Health and Safety Commission labor (CNESST). • Professional autonomy, ability to lead files alone (even if our doors are always open for brainstorming) • Irreproachable writing skills, excellent mastery of French, spoken and written • Bilingualism (English), an asset.
