Our client, a national Law Firm, is newly looking for a talented associate with a minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial and civil litigation. The successful candidate will work on a ‎variety of litigation matters , supported by an incredibly busy and talented team. You will be a self-starter and looking to punch above a weight in the collegial and high functioning group. You will be a proven team-player;


The Firm's clients are global and well-established entities, as well as entrepreneurs, growing companies experience from a national, international or highly regarded litigation boutique is preferred. The team is made up of high performing and dedicated practitioners who are collegial, bright and committed to producing excellent results for ‎our clients.

You will play a pivotal role, working closely with a number of busy associates and partners;

Specifically, the successful candidate’s skills and experience will include:

Working independently on a multitude of tasks involved in litigation matters with minimal ‎supervision, ‎and progressing files in a timely manner;;
Expertise in Quebec court filings, procedures, documents, and strong advocacy skills;
Strong attention to detail and outstanding writing skills;
Excellent client communication skills, ideally having worked with market-leaders in a variety of industries
You will contribute to a complex mix of disputes work and will continue to expand your litigation skills in many of our key areas, which include: general commercial and civil litigation, employment law, insurance; law, as well as class actions;
