PI work at the intersection of technical recruitment and client experience, partnering with teams across Canada and the U.S. to build engineering, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and GTM functions that actually perform in the real world. Drawing on a background that spans agency leadership, embedded talent partnership, and marketing, I bring a mix of structured process, clear data, and human‑centred judgment to every search and strategy conversation. Over the years, I’ve led and supported recruitment teams, advised executives on cross‑border hiring and compensation, and helped tighten funnels so that sourcing, interviewing, and decision‑making feel purposeful rather than chaotic. I enjoy being both strategic and hands‑on: designing talent frameworks, collaborating with my fellow recruiters, and engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers on critical roles.

My work is grounded in transparency, integrity, and accountability and in the belief that long‑term success comes from how people are treated throughout the hiring journey. Whether I’m building out a new function, unblocking a hard‑to‑fill role, or refining the way a team shows up to the market, my goal is the same: thoughtful, values‑aligned hiring that leaves clients and candidates feeling respected, informed, and genuinely well served.
