Votre rôle
En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) du centre d’essais R&D, vous serez responsable de la réalisation et de la coordination des tests techniques pour la validation et la certification des produits. Vous participerez activement à toutes les étapes des essais : préparation, exécution, analyse des résultats et contribution à l’amélioration des produits.

Responsabilités principales

  • Réaliser des essais de performance, de durabilité et de conformité (débit, température, pression, efficacité, etc.)

  • Préparer, configurer et utiliser les bancs d’essais et les instruments de mesure

  • Participer à l’analyse des résultats et à la résolution de problèmes techniques

  • Créer les procédures, compiler les résultats et rédiger des rapports techniques

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe d’ingénierie pour optimiser les produits en développement

  • Préparer les dossiers techniques pour les certifications (CSA, HVI, etc.)

  • Appliquer les normes de sécurité et de qualité en laboratoire (ISO)

  • Mettre en place et maintenir un système de calibration des instruments

Profil recherché

  • DEC dans un domaine technique pertinent (Bac en génie : un atout)

  • Expérience en essais de produits ou en laboratoire de tests

  • Connaissances de base en ventilation et thermodynamique (un atout)

  • Connaissances en mécanique, hydraulique, électricité et pneumatique

  • Rigueur, curiosité technique et bonne capacité d’analyse

Your Role
As the R&D Test Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting and coordinating technical tests to validate and certify products. You will actively participate in every stage of testing: preparation, execution, data analysis, and supporting product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform performance, durability, and compliance tests (airflow, temperature, pressure, efficiency, etc.)

  • Prepare, configure, and operate test benches and measurement instruments

  • Analyze test results and support the resolution of technical issues

  • Create procedures, compile results, and write technical reports

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize product development

  • Prepare technical documentation for product certification (CSA, HVI, etc.)

  • Apply safety and quality standards in the laboratory (ISO)

  • Establish and maintain an instrument calibration system

Profile

  • College diploma (DEC) in a relevant technical field required; Engineering degree is an asset

  • Relevant experience in product testing or laboratory work

  • Basic knowledge of ventilation and thermodynamics (asset)

  • Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and pneumatics

  • Strong technical curiosity, attention to detail, and analytical skills
