Ils cherchent une personne dynamique et visionnaire pour diriger et développer leur équipe technique et leur expertise.

En tant que directeur de l’ingénierie et de la R&D, vous serez chargé de superviser le développement de nouveaux produits, de diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles et d’optimiser les conceptions et les temps de cycle de traitement tout en respectant ou en dépassant toujours les spécifications de leurs clients.
Ingénieur électrique de formation, bilingue, l’individu fera partie d’une industrie manufacturière à la fine pointe des technologies dans les industries du pétrole et gaz, production d’énergie, traitement d’eau, traitement chimique, exploitation minière et industries manufacturières.

They are looking for a dynamic and visionary individual to lead and develop their technical team and expertise.
As Director of Engineering and R&D, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing designs and processing cycle times while always meeting or exceeding customer specifications.

A bilingual electrical engineer by training, the individual will be part of a cutting-edge manufacturing industry in the oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, chemical processing, mining, and manufacturing industries.
