Ce qui t’attend :
✔ Être le ou la leader principal(e) d’un magasin-entrepôt dynamique
✔ Superviser, mobiliser et développer une équipe d’environ 10 employés
✔ Partager ton temps entre la gestion (25 %) et le terrain (75 %) — ici, les gestionnaires montrent l’exemple!
✔ Créer un magasin impeccable : displays attrayants, produits bien présentés, opérations fluides
✔ Maintenir une équipe motivée et un environnement énergisant
Horaire du magasin (le gérant est responsable de bâtir les horaires, dont le sien, gros avantage) :
🕢 Lundi au vendredi : 7 h 30 à 16 h
🕗 Samedi : 8 h à 15 h

Ready to take the lead? 🚀
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on store performance? We’re looking for a driven Store Manager who leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What you’ll do:
✔ Act as the primary leader of a dynamic store-warehouse
✔ Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 10 employees
✔ Split your time between management (25%) and the floor (75%) — our leaders are highly visible and involved
✔ Ensure an outstanding store experience: strong merchandising, organized displays, and accurate product listings
✔ Foster a motivated, high-performing team culture
Store Hours (the Manager is responsible for building all schedules, including their own — a significant advantage):
🕢 Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🕗 Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
