Nous recherchons un ou une avocat·e en financement bancaire possédant 4 à 8 années d’expérience dans ce domaine et étant membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.

En tant que membre clé de notre équipe de droit des affaires, vous collaborerez avec des professionnels chevronnés en acquisitions et ventes d’entreprises, en financement bancaire, en réorganisations corporatives et bien plus encore. Vos défis à venir  

  • Vous participerez à la mise en place de dossiers de financement bancaire (facilité de crédit d’opération, prêts à terme, financement immobilier et financement d’équipement); 

  • Vous participerez également à la rédaction de conventions de crédit, de documents de sûretés et de conventions entre les créanciers; 

  • Vous procéderez à la prise de garanties, publication et radiation de sûretés mobilières et immobilières; 

  • Vous interviendrez à plusieurs étapes du processus, dont la vérification diligente ainsi que la rédaction et la révision d’ententes commerciales; 

  • Vous orchestrerez également la clôture des transactions dans des secteurs variés; 

  • Vous créerez des partenariats stratégiques et aurez un impact concret auprès de nos clients, que ce soit des PME ou des corporations, œuvrant dans des secteurs variés.

We are seeking a Banking and Finance Lawyer with 4 to 8 years of experience in this field and who is a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.

As a key member of our business law team, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate reorganizations, and much more. Your Upcoming Challenges 

  • ​​​​​You will participate in the structuring and implementation of banking and finance files (operating credit facilities, term loans, real estate financing, and equipment financing);
  • You will also take part in the drafting of credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements;
  • You will handle the taking of guarantees, as well as the registration and discharge of movable and immovable securities;
  • You will be involved in several stages of the process, including due diligence as well as the drafting and review of commercial agreements;
  • You will also coordinate the closing of transactions across a variety of industries;
  • You will build strategic partnerships and have a tangible impact on our clients, whether SMEs or corporations operating in diverse sectors.
