Nous recherchons un leader en ingénierie ayant déjà piloté des projets d’agrandissement industriels d’envergure, pouvant atteindre jusqu’à 100 M$. Ce mandat s’adresse à une personne ayant une expérience concrète de projets majeurs : planification stratégique, coordination multidisciplinaire, gestion de budgets importants, mobilisation d’équipes et livraison dans un contexte manufacturier structuré et exigeant.
Le mandat s’inscrit dans une perspective de continuité organisationnelle et pourrait évoluer vers un périmètre élargi pour une personne démontrant un leadership solide, une vision stratégique et une capacité à rallier les équipes.
Responsabilités principales
• Diriger et encadrer une équipe d’ingénieurs
• Superviser les activités liées à la fiabilité des équipements et à la performance des installations
• Piloter des projets majeurs d’investissement et d’agrandissement
• Assurer la coordination entre l’ingénierie, la maintenance et les opérations
• Structurer les priorités, les plans d’action et les ressources
• Mettre en place des standards de performance et des processus rigoureux
• Gérer des enjeux organisationnels avec maturité et leadership
Profil recherché
• Baccalauréat en génie (mécanique, électrique, industriel ou production automatisée)
• Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• Minimum 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier
• Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets industriels majeurs
• Expérience significative en agrandissement ou transformation d’usine
• Solide expérience en gestion d’équipe multidisciplinaire
• Leadership mobilisateur, charismatique et humain
• Capacité à créer l’adhésion dans un contexte de changement
• Vision stratégique et approche structurée
• Bilinguisme français / anglais requis
• Disponible pour travailler majoritairement dans la région du Centre-du-Québec
• Déplacements occasionnels hors pays

We are seeking a senior engineering leader who has successfully led large-scale industrial expansion projects, with capital investments reaching up to $100M. This mandate is intended for a professional with hands-on experience in major projects, including strategic planning, multidisciplinary coordination, budget management, team mobilization, and execution within a structured and demanding manufacturing environment.
The role is part of a long-term organizational vision and may evolve toward a broader scope of responsibility for a candidate demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to unite teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of engineers
• Oversee equipment reliability and asset performance initiatives
• Drive major capital investment and expansion projects
• Ensure close coordination between engineering, maintenance, and operations
• Structure priorities, action plans, and resource allocation
• Implement performance standards and robust processes
• Address organizational and operational challenges with maturity and leadership
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automated Production)
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (or eligible)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing major industrial projects
• Significant experience in plant expansion or transformation projects
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Charismatic, people-oriented, and mobilizing leadership style
• Ability to drive alignment in a changing environment
• Strategic mindset and structured approach
• Fully bilingual (French / English)
• Availability to work primarily in the Centre-du-Québec region
• Occasional international travel required
