Principales responsabilités
- Participer à la coordination des opérations au quotidien
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et des méthodes de travail
- Assurer le suivi des priorités, de la qualité et des standards
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes terrain
- Suivre certains indicateurs de performance et proposer des améliorations
- Soutenir la mise en place d’outils et de bonnes pratiques opérationnelles
Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat en génie industriel ou domaine connexe
- Minimum 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en environnement manufacturier ou industriel
- Intérêt marqué pour les opérations et l’amélioration continue
- Bonne capacité d’analyse, sens de l’organisation et autonomie
- À l’aise sur le terrain et en collaboration avec les équipes
- Bilinguisme français-anglais

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, curious and proactive, who enjoys being on the floor, understanding real operational challenges and contributing actively to improving operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and coordination activities
- Contribute to process and workflow improvements
- Follow up on priorities, quality and operational standards
- Work closely with shop floor teams
- Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements
- Support the implementation of tools, processes and best practices
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong interest in operations and continuous improvement
- Good analytical skills, organization and autonomy
- Comfortable working on the floor and collaborating with teams
- Bilingual (French and English)
