Entreprise québécoise en croissance œuvrant dans un environnement industriel et technologique recherche un(e) professionnel(le) en gestion de projets afin de soutenir l’évolution de ses opérations et accompagner différentes initiatives stratégiques et techniques au sein de l’organisation.
Le rôle s’adresse à une personne qui aime autant coordonner des projets que contribuer à structurer les façons de faire dans un environnement en développement. La personne recherchée jouera un rôle important auprès des équipes techniques et opérationnelles afin d’assurer une meilleure fluidité des projets, une coordination efficace entre les intervenants et une évolution continue des méthodes de travail.
Ce poste convient particulièrement à un profil capable de naviguer dans un contexte en changement, où il faut être à la fois organisé, débrouillard, collaboratif et orienté solutions.
Responsabilités principales :
• Coordonner différents projets techniques et opérationnels dans un contexte de croissance et de transformation;
• Assurer les suivis liés aux échéanciers, priorités, ressources et livrables afin de maintenir l’avancement des projets;
• Participer à l’amélioration et à la structuration des méthodes de travail, outils internes et mécanismes de coordination;
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques, opérations et gestion afin de faciliter l’exécution des initiatives;
• Identifier des pistes d’amélioration concrètes et contribuer à la mise en place de solutions durables et efficaces.
Profil recherché :
• Expérience pertinente en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel, manufacturier, technologique ou lié aux équipements techniques;
• Bonne capacité à évoluer dans un environnement où plusieurs processus sont en développement ou en transformation;
• Expérience en coordination entre plusieurs équipes et gestion simultanée de différents dossiers;
• Leadership collaboratif, autonomie et excellente capacité d’organisation;
• Profil analytique, orienté solutions et à l’aise autant dans la réflexion que dans l’exécution;
• Bilinguisme fonctionnel requis.
