What you’ll do

Lead day-to-day engineering execution across multiple product and platform initiatives.
Translate product vision and technical strategy into clear engineering priorities and reliable delivery.
Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Guide engineering teams through architectural discussions, technical trade-offs, and system design decisions.
Establish scalable engineering processes, development practices, and delivery standards that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining quality.
Recruit exceptional engineers and technical leaders while helping define hiring standards and interview processes.
Partner closely with product, machine learning, research, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across engineering efforts.
Remove technical and organizational bottlenecks to maintain strong execution and development velocity.

What we’re looking for

Significant experience leading software engineering teams delivering complex production systems.
Strong hands-on background in software engineering, distributed systems, and modern application architecture.
Experience building AI-powered products or platforms is highly desirable.
Proven ability to scale engineering organizations while maintaining high technical standards and engineering culture.
Strong technical judgment with the ability to balance execution speed, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with a builder’s mindset and strong sense of ownership.
