What you’ll do

  • Build AI-powered product features from model to production.
  • Design prompts, tool use, memory systems, and agent workflows.
  • Turn raw model outputs into reliable, structured user experiences.
  • Debug issues across models, orchestration, infrastructure, and product.
  • Improve latency, reliability, cost, and production performance.
  • Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks driven by real-world usage.
  • Partner closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to solve ambiguous problems.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong foundation in machine learning and modern neural networks.
  • Experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying production ML models.
  • Strong Python software engineering skills.
  • Experience working with LLMs and modern AI systems.
  • Ability to work across the full stack of AI systems, from models through infrastructure and product.
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
